365: A Leadership Journey® is an integrated experiential leadership development program designed for small groups of leaders in significant leadership roles. It builds both confidence and competence, drives participants to develop and communicate compelling vision, and offers tools for coaching their organizations toward that vision.

The 365 program studies great leadership practices and capstone MBA topics - utilizing high-impact experiences, strategic readings, business simulations and leadership panels - and puts great leadership into practice.

Small groups meet one day per month for 12 months, including one 2-day off-site retreat. Much of the year’s experience is tailored by the group to its specific needs and challenges. CLI has a fast-growing alumni network that continue to engage with us as clients, as friends, and as fellow travelers on a leadership journey. The relationships forged during a 365-year are powerful; many of our alumni continue supporting and challenging each other with continued leadership growth and business results.
