Working in the demands of today’s business environment, strategic planning and executive development often fall off the table. I am committed to helping organizations see the bottom line results (value) of developing great leaders that can execute a disciplined plan. I have seen the positive impact that truly courageous leaders can have on a business when they understand their passions, the profit drivers, and how to lead their people. Bob has lead a multi-billion dollar sales organization, marketing and communications teams, strategic planning for large and small corporations as well as non profits, and leadership development and succession planning for executives for over 20 years.
With the opportunity to pursue his own interest Bob chose to follow his passions of Leadership Development and Strategic Planning and working with youth. He has served on several non profit boards helping them to exercise the disciplines of strategic planning and becoming great leaders. He also is an active volunteer in the community serving on several committees and works with at risk youth. Bob and his wife Anne have 3 grown children and live in Holland, Michigan.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Finance and Economics) from Central Michigan University.
