Team : Damian Williams

Damian comes to CLI with a long track record for developing emerging leaders. In his years as a Courageous Leadership coach he has facilitated dozens of Personal Leadership Summits. Today Damian's influence is being felt in companies and non-profits as the next generation of leaders quickly rises to prominence.

Damian has a Bachelor of Science from Geneva College of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and is working toward his Master of Arts degree in the field of Organizational Leadership through Regent University.

Passion areas for Damian include the study of organizational leadership, and the development of young leaders. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Anne and their two children, Jerica and Markus. Damian is a die-hard Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys watching and attending various sporting events. Reading, traveling and playing sports are also among his leisure pursuits.
