In today's business environment, it is extremely crucial that leaders are experienced in practice as well as educated in theory. As an entrepreneur in business for the past 14 years, areas of experience have been in sales, training, production/performance results, customer service/client relations, education, and corporate coaching. As a coach for Courageous Leadership, my commitment resides in exemplarily leadership, both personally and professionally.
This impact of leadership, both to the leader and those they impact, is led with conviction to what is right; through the lens of values, integrity, respect, trust, accountability, humility, truth, and a purpose that serves the greater good. Although important, it is not the charisma, vision, intention, or strategic planning that makes a great leader. It is the absolute greatness found within execution and the discipline to depth rather than distance.
As a coach, encouragement and accountability is toward authenticity; toward the challenge of sustainability to truth-centering, defining of current reality, and the empowerment to live courageously in thought and in action. Faithful leadership is a practice, not just a vision.
