While many organizations tout their most valuable asset is their employees, we at Courageous Leadership believe the most valuable asset is their employees’ actions. Meaningful value is best achieved when employees’ skills are developed and deployed in productive and reliable ways. For this reason, Courageous Leadership has found a Performance Management System (PMS) that manages employee evaluations, helps identify gaps in Associate performance, and assists in creating development plans.

Every industry and every business looks at performance in different ways. Because of that, it’s important for our clients to have access to a PMS that works with their current HR-M system and is flexible enough to address the needs of their business. Our system provides default forms, schedules, and dashboards as a starting point, but also enables clients to develop customized reports that are valuable to them.

One of the most unique features of our PMS is that once a manager recognizes a direct report’s need for performance improvement, they can create a relevant development program with a timeline for that employee. This PMS is completely integrated into our Learning Management System, so Associates at all levels of the organization have access to the relevant training materials and education opportunities for their role. This integration makes our PMS more than just a tool that compiles and manages performance data; our PMS is part of our complete Talent Management System.
